27TH INFANTRY REUNION GROUP

FORTHCOMING IS THE REUNION GROUP OF THE 27TH INFANTRY.

HOSTING THIS YEARS' REUNION, IS TOM/ SUSAN HARLAN ALONG WITH RUTH HENSON.

THE 27TH INFANTRY REUNION GROUP WILL BE VISITING THE HERO STREET MONUMENT SITE ON TUESDAY, AUGUST 21ST, AT 3:30 PM.

ALL ARE WELCOME TO VISIT THE HS MONUMENT ALONG WITH WELCOMING AND VISITING WITH OUR VETERANS.

 
 

 

"Latinx Midwest Group" visited us on August 10th, they are scholars from across the Midwest, each a specialist in different aspects. Their visit is related to the project Building Sustainable Worlds: Placemaking in the Latinos Midwest.

Hero Street
Commemorative Coin Act

Congresswoman Cheri Bustos met with Hero Street representatives May 22nd, 2015 in Silvis, to discuss a bill she submitted to congress for a commemorative coin honoring Hero Street and the veterans. It was a round table discussion and a very relaxed forum.
